To do such a thing, China needs to be removed from UNSC, but can it be done?
Well, nothing has been mentioned about removing the members (permanent and non-permanent) of UNSC in the UN charter.

Well, nothing has been mentioned about removing the members (permanent and non-permanent) of UNSC in the UN charter.
Thus, the legal ways to remove China are:
- Amendment in Chapter 18th of the UN Charter, with 2/3 vote of General Assembly and all permanent members of UNSC, to install a provision to remove a member of UNSC
It is obvious that China will veto such a provision until it threatens his membership. - As per article 6 of the UN Charter, if any member nation is violating the principles consistently then that nation can be removed from the UNGA and thus automatically from the UNSC if it is a member.
Again the caveat here is that it requires the recommendation of UNSC, of which China is a member and obviously it won’t help in its own removal.
Thus, China’s removal in the next few decades is impossible.
